I lived here for two years and loved it. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance crew keeps the grounds clean and very responsive. The staff is very responsive as well. I would highly recommend this apartment community to others. The best thing about living here is not only is it quite and safe but the rent includes cable and the apartment itself is very spacious and reasonably priced.

I loved living at Fenwick, it was a great place to call home for two years. In fact I would still be living there if I didn't have to relocate. I had very few problems, if any while living there. Stacy in the office is amazing and would do absolutely anything for you. It saddens to me see such negativity.

We moved to Louisville about 11 months ago and went through the whole city looking for apts. Fenwick was our choice and we really are happy we did choose it. It is close to Target, Meijer, Gas stations, etc. We like the area and think the apts are very well kept. It is one of the more expensive apts in town - but you get what you pay for. We have nothing but good to say about the staff and service. Maint will do just about anything from fixing leaks to changing light bulbs. Nice pool, tennis courts, and running/walking trail - if you like that. The office has get togethers to allow tenants to meet. We went to a Halloween party and a Marti Gras party. Roof was recently replaced. We do hear our neighboors upstairs occassionally - but what do you expect from a 1st floor apt. Also there is a train track near the apt. so if this would bother you request an apt up front. I don't even hear it. I am happy with Fenwick. We were in our apt for a year and we are only moving because we found a house. I would recommend this facility to others!!
